6th Berkshires' Summer Jazz Band Day Camp REGISTER NOW
The 2024 Berkshires’ Summer Jazz Band Day Camp, set for August 12-16, 2024, from Noon to 4:30pm daily, taught by our world-class BAAMS’ faculty who are or were also faculty members at the Berklee College of Music, the Juilliard School, the Hartt School of Music, and more, is now open for Registration (scroll down for online registration application). Interested students from ages 12 to 18 will be accepted to learn in this fun environment in the beautiful Berkshire Hills.
Students learn to play: TRUMPET/BRASS INSTRUMENTS, SAXOPHONE/WOODWINDS, PIANO/KEYBOARDS, DRUMS/PERCUSSION, GUITAR, BASS, explore MUSIC THEORY, how to IMPROVISE and how to COMPOSE new music. BAAMS is delighted to offer this camp at a convenient location in North Adams, Berkshire County, Mass. North Adams is located in the heart of the Northern Berkshires, about an hour from Albany, NY, under three hours from Boston, and three and a half hours from NYC.
Tuition for the entire week is $500 per student (payable by check, cashier’s check or money order; or via online invoice with a small added processing fee of $20) due at the time of registration. Tuition may be mailed to: BAAMS, 529 Main Street, Williamstown MA 01267. Cancellation will be processed, if received in writing no later than July 11, 2024, less a $50 fee.
Want to save $50? MAKE A REFERRAL! Help register a new student who has never attended BAAMS before and we’ll credit your family a $50 discount off your child’s tuition. This applies only if the new child attends and is paid in full. (Note: students are asked to attend the entire week and participate in our Friday Night “Gala” celebration concert.)
